ATCO Gas Loaned Equipment Program

Find instructions for reserving equipment from the ATCO Gas Website
ATCO Gas has a variety of equipment to support community initiatives or events. This equipment can be loaned out for use in lieu of cash sponsorship or to increase the company’s support of major community activities. The use of our equipment can help reduce rental costs and provide event organizers additional resources for staging successful events.

Equipment:

  • Canopy (10 feet x 10 feet) – Recognition value $100/day
  • Canopy (10 feet x 20 feet) – Recognition value $275/day
  • Portable Barbecues (with or without pancake griddle) – Recognition value $100/day

To reserve equipment, review the ATCO Gas eligibility guidelines and then fax this form into the nearest ATCO Gas office: Edmonton (780-426-4062) or Calgary (403-245-7488).

Energy & Safety Tips
Cooking attire

Don't wear loose clothes while cooking. An electrical coil on the stove reaches a temperature of 800 degrees and a gas flame goes over 1,000 degrees. A dishtowel, potholder or a loose sleeve can catch fire at 400 degrees.
