Demonstration Classes

These noon-hour weekday demonstrations include lesson, lunch and take-home recipe sheets.

Our lunch n' learn demonstration classes will leave you wanting more. Observe our chefs at work as they prepare a gourmet meal and guide you through preparing the recipes at home, while enjoying a full meal.

30 Minute Entrees (Thursday, May 24; Friday, May 25)

Looking for a quick and tasty meal? These can be ready in minutes with the proper techniques and ingredient choices.

Vietnamese (Thursday, May 31; Friday, June 1)

Celebrate the exotic flavours of Vietnam. Learn about dishes like Pho Bo Sate, sauces, snacks and Vietnamese meals.

Market Inspirations (Thursday, June 7; Friday June 8)

We filled our basket with the ripest ingredients from the market and created delicious recipes. Learn how to be inspired by the season and enjoy the creativity of cooking.

This class will serve up some addictive burgers. You’ll learn how to combine the perfect blend of patty with a variety of cheeses, creative salsa toppings and pairing the burger with the ultimate bun.


Mexican (Thursday, August 2 and Friday August 3)

Energy & Safety Tips
Cooking attire

Don't wear loose clothes while cooking. An electrical coil on the stove reaches a temperature of 800 degrees and a gas flame goes over 1,000 degrees. A dishtowel, potholder or a loose sleeve can catch fire at 400 degrees.
