October Classes

Hands-On: Flatbreads and Pizza (Thursday, October 18) $65
Do you know the difference between flatbread and pizza crust? You’ll make mouthwatering dough from scratch and then dabble in the sauce and toppings, as you prepare Spanakopita Pizza. The ingredients and variations are endless. Take your masterpiece home with you, too.
This class runs from 6 -8 p.m.
 

November Classes

Hands-On: Make-Ahead Holiday Treats (Saturday, November 3) $85
Ensure yourself a stress-free holiday by getting a head start on your holiday baking. Learn how to make creative festive treats that can be tucked in the freezer and brought out throughout the holiday season. We’ll show you how to make earl grey infused raspberry thumbprint cookies as well as candy cane Nanaimo bars.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
 
Hands-On: Tapas Table (Friday, November 9) $65
Making tapas—small bites, typically of Spanish origin—is the perfect way to entertain during the busy holiday season. Join us to learn how to put together a full spread of flavourful appetizers like our Cheese-Stuffed Dates with Pepper Jelly—guaranteed to please any holiday party crowd.
This class runs from 6 – 8 p.m.
 
Hands-On: Warm Winter Curries (Wednesday, November 14) $65
Whipping up a rich curry dinner is a great way to warm up in the winter. In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how to layer flavours and traditional Indian spices to make authentically delicious curries. We’ll also show you how to make a hearty one-pot vegetarian curry made with cauliflower, potatoes and chickpeas.
This class runs from 6 – 8 p.m.
 

December Classes

Hands-On: Christmas in a Nutshell (Thursday, December 6) $65
Feeling overwhelmed by all the cooking that comes with the holiday season? Haven’t even started you Christmas planning yet? We can help. In this hands-on class we’ll teach you the ins and outs of the holiday feast, new tips and tricks, and then we’ll make some easy and impressive recipes, like our Cranberry Bruschetta. These recipes are sure to bring joy to your friends and family this festive season.
This class runs from 6 – 8 p.m.
 
Hands-On: Gifts from The Kitchen (Thursday, December 13) $65
What do you gift to the person who has everything? Something to eat, of course! Join us for this special holiday cooking class where we’ll show you how to  create edible gifts for neighbours, teachers, co-workers, friends and family. Go beyond the typical hot chocolate mix as we show you how to make a curried dried soup mix.
This class runs from 6 – 8 p.m.
