September Classes 


Hands-On: Freezer Meals Featuring Vegetarian Recipes (Thursday, September 14) $65
The key to a quick vegetarian meal on a busy day is doing the work ahead of time. Come and learn easy tips and tricks for freezer meal success. Then, take home a tasty, nutritious, freezable meal of your own!
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.

Hands-On: Chinese Takeout inspired foods (Thursday, September 21) $65
Are Green Onion Cakes, Pork Dumplings and Ginger Beef on your mind? Skip the take-out menu and learn how to make these favourite Chinese restaurant dishes at home.  We will show you the technique and give you the ingredients – you create and enjoy the dishes.
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.


Hands-On: Homemade Salsa (Thursday, September 28) $65
Salsa is for any time of year! Join ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen and learn how to make fresh salsas with unique ingredients to liven up any meal or party. Participants will make and take home a traditional tomato-based salsa and a trendy fruit salsa. 
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.

October Classes


Hands-On: Pie Class (Thursday, October 5) $65
Want to learn to make flaky, tender pie crust? In this class, you will build confidence with hands-on pie pastry skills. Then, use seasonal fruits and impress yourself by making beautiful, homemade petite pies to take home and bake!
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.

Hands-On: Octoberfest (Thursday, October 12) $65
Oktoberfest is all about hearty food that helps to soak up all the bubbly beverages that are consumed during this fall festival. Join us for a fun hands-on cooking class featuring brats, beers and other Oktoberfest inspired dishes!
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.

Hands-On: Thai Appetizers (Thursday, October 19) $65
Contrasting flavours of hot and spicy, sweet and salty, sour, fragrant and pungent – these flavours combine to create the tastes of Thailand. Join us and try your hand at making flavorful Thai-inspired appetizers!
This class runs from  5 - 7 p.m.

Hands-On Halloween Treats (Saturday, October 28) $65
Calling all goblins and ghouls! Come visit our witches den for spine-tingling treats that are sure to scare your guests! Start the night off with spooky green Edamame Hummus and finish with worms in dirt.
This class runs from 1 - 3 p.m.

November Classes


Hands-On: Cabbage Rolls (Thursday, November 2) $65
Want to learn how to make cabbage rolls like a Ukrainian Baba? Learn some tips and tricks and the many variations for making the stuffed rolls. Try your hand at making cabbage rolls with both fresh and sour leaves. Sample a batch and take some with you to enjoy at home. 
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m. 

Hands-On: Homemade Perogies (Thursday, November 9) $65
Perogies are a favourite food item in many Albertan homes, but the thought of making them from scratch can seem daunting. Learn how easy it is to make fresh, homemade perogies and take your creations home with you for dinner!
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.

Hands-On: Gifts from the Kitchen (Thursday, November 16) $65
A homemade gift is always cherished during the Christmas season. Make beautiful, edible gifts in a jar that anyone on your list would love to receive. Leave with gifts and a copy of our latest cookbook, Home for the Holidays.
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m. 

Hands-On: Freeze-Ahead Entertaining (Thursday November 23) $65
The holiday are all about friends and family, so why make it more stressful than it needs to be? In this class, you'll learn what makes a dish freeze-worthy and together, we'll prepare samples of recipes that you can freeze ahead and serve to guests during the holiday season. 
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.


December Classes

Hands-On: Quick Christmas Treats (Thursday, December 7) $65
Scrambling to put together some last-minute Christmas sweets? Don’t worry! Join us for a fun evening of treat-making that is sure to satisfy those with a sweet-tooth and take the stress off your holiday preparations.
