December Classes

Hands-On: Quick Christmas Treats (Thursday, December 7) $65
Scrambling to put together some last-minute Christmas sweets? Don’t worry! Join us for a fun evening of treat-making that is sure to satisfy those with a sweet-tooth and take the stress off your holiday preparations.
This class runs from 5 - 7 p.m.

January Classes 

Planned Overs - Light Healthy Meals (Saturday January 13) $85
Is your New Year’s Resolution to eat healthier? Then this is the class for you! Learn how to plan and make healthy meals that you can then turn into delicious planned over meals the next day.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Healthy Meals Using Your Pressure Cooker or Insta-Pot (Saturday January 20) $85
Curious about pressure cooking?  Try your hand at preparing quick, healthy recipes and a delicious one-pot meal in a pressure cooker.  This class is pressure-packed with information to build your confidence using this unique cooking method.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Meatless Meals (Saturday January 27) $85
Are you curious about how to incorporate more vegetarian or vegan meals into your weekly routine? Want to learn how to make meatless recipes that taste delicious? Join us in making and sampling vegetarian dishes that won’t make you miss the meat! 
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

February Classes

Tapas and Wine (Friday February 9) $85
Looking for a fun and interactive night out?  Join us for homemade tapas and wine tasting. Learn how to make small bites that will compliment and pair nicely with delicious wines. 
This class runs from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Indian - Inspired Meal (Thursday February 22) $65
Skip the takeout and learn how to make your own mouth-watering Indian dishes! Join us and prepare naan bread, chutney and some Indian-inspired dishes that you know and love.
This class runs from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

March Classes 

Breadmaking (Saturday March 10) $85
Learn the history, art, and science of breadmaking. Try your hand at making a few choice recipes to take home and enjoy.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Cooking with Beer (Friday March 16) $85
Combine your love of beer and delicious eats with great recipes! Sweet or savoury dishes, beer pairs with all! Learn how to make beer-infused recipes and sample beer pairings for each dish.
This class runs from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Time for Thai (Thursday March 22, 2017) $85
Contrasting flavours of hot and spicy, sweet and salty, sour, fragrant and pungent – these flavours combine to create the tastes of Thailand. Join us and try your hand at making flavorful Thai food.
This class runs from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.​
