April Classes

Jelly Roll Cakes (Thursday, April 26) $65
Welcome spring with this retro dessert - jelly tolls are trendy once again! Learn techniques to make this elegant cake and how to decorate with style. Make and fill your own mini jelly roll cake to take home.
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

May Classes

Hands-On:  Cinco de Mayo (Thursday, May 3) $65
Join us for this Mexican Celebration with a selection of Mexican foods. In this hands-on class, you will make flour tortillas from scratch, beef tacos using special taco seasoning, guacamole, Pico de Gallo and refried beans.
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Hands-On: Mother's Day Brunch (Saturday, May 12) $85
Treat mom to a scrumptious brunch this Mother's Day! Together, we will make a three-course meal complete with salad, main dish, treat and more! Three hour hands-on class with time to eat.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Hands-On:  Camping Out (Thursday, May 17) $65
Eating healthy, safe and nutritious meals while camping can be a challenge. Discover how to make a fireside feast without the luxury of a full kitchen, learn food tips to keep your family safe and take home some flame-ready foods for everyone to enjoy. 
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Hands-On: Flavourful Fish (Thursday, May 31) $65
Does cooking fish intimidate you? Do you only cook salmon? Come and learn how to do some easy recipes and gain confidence. This hands-on class will include cooking flavourful fish dishes, such as cod, halibut and trout to impress.   
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

June Classes

Farmer’s Market (Saturday June 9) $85
Join us for a brief tour around the 104th street Downtown Farmer’s Market. After the tour, we will head back to the kitchen to prepare a delicious 3-course lunch using ingredients purchased at the market.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
A Prelude to Preserving (Thursday June 14) $85 
Want to learn how to home preserve?  Do you need a refresher on home preserving? Then this is the class for you! Join us and get a head start on learning about the safety of home preserving and try your hand at making a delicious fruit jam and a tasty vegetable pickle.
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Dad’s Day Out (Saturday June 16) $105
Treat the Dad in your life to a special barbecue lunch.  Enjoy making some of our newest barbecue recipes that are sure to satisfy and receive a copy of the cookbook to take home and impress the rest of the family.
This class runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Summer Appetizers (Thursday July 5)  $65
Do you enjoy entertaining on the patio during our warm summer evenings? Join us and learn to make some easy, delicious summer appetizers, such as prosciutto- wrapped shrimp, that will surely impress your guests.
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Festival Foods (Thursday July 19) $65
Travel the world without leaving the city. Join us for a fun and tasty evening making Samosas, Korean Chicken Skewers and Green Onion Cakes.
This class runs from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
