September Classes

Hands-on: Freeze-Ahead Meals (Thursday September 13) $65
The key to a quick meal on a busy day is doing the prep work ahead of time. Learn tips and tricks from our experts, so you can easily freeze your meals in advance and not have to worry about what’s for dinner. We’ll spice things up as you prepare a delicious curried pasta with cheese and other tasty freezable favourites.
This class runs from 6 -8 p.m.
 
Hands-On: Pressure Cooking/Instant Pot (Saturday September 22) $85
Take the pressure off of cooking when using a pressure cooker to make a delicious one-pot meal! Build your confidence by learning how to prepare a meat loaf and a variety of other mouthwatering foods using this unique cooking method. Together, we will prep our recipes, throw them in the pots, and watch the pressure cookers work their magic.
This class runs from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
 
Hands-On: Perogies and Cabbage Rolls (Thursday September 27) $65
No matter what these delicious dough dumplings are filled with, they will keep you coming back for more! Learn how easy it is to make fresh, homemade perogies and try your hand at delicious cabbage rolls, just like Baba used to make!
This class runs from 6 – 8 p.m.
 

October Classes

Hands-On: Creative Turkey Leftovers (Thursday, October 4) $65
Turkey dinner is a special treat, but eventually you get tired of eating the same leftovers day- after-day. We’ll show you how to get creative with your leftovers by transforming them into a Hot Turkey Sandwich Pizza and other tasty turkey temptations.
This class runs from 6 -8 p.m.
 
Hands-On: It’s All Greek To Me (Saturday, October 13) $85
Greek food has a reputation for being incredibly nutritious and heart healthy because it is centred around using olive oil, fish, lean meats, vegetables, herbs and grains. Learn how to prepare some Mediterranean goodness such as Kefta with fresh tzatziki sauce. Your heart might skip a beat from the incredible flavours.
This class runs from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
 
Hands-On: Flatbreads and Pizza (Thursday, October 18) $65
Do you know the difference between flatbread and pizza crust? You’ll make mouthwatering dough from scratch and then dabble in the sauce and toppings, as your prepare Spanakopita Pizza. The ingredients and variations are endless. Take your masterpiece home with you, too.
This class runs from 6 -8 p.m.
