Welcome to 2016! January is notoriously known for New Year’s resolution setters flooding the gyms and stuffing their grocery carts with healthier choices. Neither of these are a bad thing, but we often set unrealistic goals and we find ourselves struggling to maintain them even into February. This year, try setting smaller, more achievable goals throughout the year. This way you can build up to your larger goals with the successes you have already achieved! We have some great ways to get you started and to keep you on track.

Start Your Day with a Good Breakfast

You’ve heard it before: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Whether you agree or not, having a delicious, nutritious breakfast can’t be a bad way to start the day off, right?
Our Simple Crepes can be frozen in advance, reheated quickly in the morning and there are so many options to what you can fill them with! Here are some suggestions:

Drink More Water!

There are numerous benefits to drinking water. If you find water is just too boring to drink the recommend 8 cups a day, try infusing your water with natural flavours. Our Glacial Refresher is a perfect example, but here are some simple alternatives to add to water:
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • Fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Thinly sliced cucumbers
  • Crushed mint leaves
  • Orange, lime, or lemon slices
