Golden Beet and Fennel Salad

Chef's Choice

“This salad combines a few of my favourite vegetables: fennel, golden beets and arugula. Not only is this salad impressive visually, but it’s packed with flavour as well. Most of all, it’s my kind of salad because I get to fire up the grill to cook the beets and the fennel. The vinaigrette has a beautiful pop of fresh citrus and the goat cheese adds that great creamy yet tangy flavour.” says Chef Ryan.
