ITALIAN OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING

1 cup (250 mL) oil
1/2 cup (125 mL) vinegar
2 tsp (10 mL) balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) seasoned salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake until mixed. Dressing may be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week. Serve over a green or vegetable salad. Makes 1 3/4 cups (425 mL).
