Lemon Dill Dip
Lemon Dill Dip

​1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) thinly sliced green onion
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp (2 mL) chopped fresh dill or 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) dried dill weed
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) freshly ground pepper

​Combine all ingredients until blended.  Refrigerate until serving.  Makes 2/3 cup (150 mL).
