LEMON DILL DIP

This fresh-tasting sour cream dip is full of lemony dill flavour. Serve it with grilled chicken skewers or raw vegetables for dipping.

Yield: Makes 2/3 cups.

LEMON DILL DIP

Ingredients

  • ​1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill or 1/8 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. ​Combine all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate until serving.
