Aluminum foil is indispensable to the outdoor griller. There are three types of aluminum foil available: regular, heavy-duty and non-stick.
Non-stick aluminum foil is a foil that has been coated on one side to create a special, food-safe, non-stick surface. It is ideal to use in recipes where you might be concerned about food sticking to the foil. If a recipe calls for heavy-duty foil, but it’s not available, use two layers of the regular foil instead.

ATCO KITCHEN THEATRE
At this year's Calgary Stampede Chef Sabrina del Ben and home economists Cindy Fendall and Julie Hodgson will be at the ATCO Kitchen Theatre at the Western Showcase in the BMO Centre. They will be cooking up some great summer recipes during their hour long cooking and kitchen safety demonstrations every day July 3 - July 12.
