Returns
Because of the nature of our products we do not offer returns on items purchased from the ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen or through the ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen website.
Exchanges
While we do perform quality checks before fulfilling customer orders, printing defects may occasionally escape our attention. The ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen offers a straight exchange for cookbooks with printing defects.
To exchange a cookbook, please call 1-800-840-3393 or send the cookbook you would like to exchange, along with a completed exchange form and a prepaid envelope in a secure package to ensure safe delivery. The ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mailing process. To ensure safe delivery we recommend you send your package via a traceable postal service. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
