While we do perform quality checks before fulfilling customer orders, printing defects may occasionally escape our attention. ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen offers a straight exchange for cookbooks with printing defects.
To exchange a cookbook, please call 1-800-840-3393 or send the cookbook you would like to exchange, along with a completed exchange form and a prepaid envelope in a secure package to ensure safe delivery. ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen is not responsible for packages that are lost in the mailing process. To ensure safe delivery we recommend you send your package via a traceable postal service. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
