The Weekday Cook

This series of recipes from the ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen was developed to meet the needs of our busy lifestyles. An entire evening meal is offered with the opportunity to prepare everything “from scratch.”  Preparation time from start to finish should be 45 minutes or less.  The recipes chosen for The Weekday Cook menus call for ingredients readily available in the more than 290 communities served by ATCO Gas.
