PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX

Keep some of this mix on hand for mornings when you want a hot breakfast. It works equally well for pancakes or waffles.

Yield: Makes 8 cups.

PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX

Ingredients

  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups skim milk powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 1 month.
