Did you know that a bone-in ham provides 2 - 3 servings per pound (500 g) and a boneless ham provides 3 - 4 servings per pound (500 g)? Chef Janice, our resident baker, loves having our Grilled Naan Bread on hand. “It’s really easy to make and, because it freezes well, it’s great for last minute pizzas (try our Grilled Naan Bread Pizza!) or to enjoy with a warm bowl of soup. Naan bread also makes delicious school lunch sandwiches. And, if your barbecue is buried in snow, the naan bread can be made in the oven.”
