We are making ourHerb and Garlic Baked Pork Tenderloin paired with our Roasted Root Vegetables. Buying seasonal foods, like root vegetables in the winter, can save money and pork tenderloin is a great size for two people. These recipes are also ready in 45 minutes, so you’re not slaving away in the kitchen while you could be spending quality time with your special someone. It’s perfect!" says Lindsey, Professional Home Economist and ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen Community Educator.
