When it comes to healthy eating, most of us struggle with lack of time and planning ahead. We’re all so busy these days that if we don’t plan our meals and snacks we end up skipping meals or making poor food choices. A simple way to avoid this is to spend a couple hours a week planning, prepping and portioning your meals for the week ahead. Make sure you always have fresh fruit or veggies on hand for snacking between meals. Hummus and whole grain crackers or trail mix are also perfect, wholesome on-the-go snacks. Use one of our many great slow cooker recipes and get dinner started before you leave the house. If we slowly start making little tweaks to our diet, they eventually become habit and who knows, one day you may even grow to love kale!

Android users rejoice! As such, we’re happy to announce that the Android version of our app is now live and available for download from Google’s Play store.
