"I love all the recipes you can make with squash or zucchini this time of year," says Nicole, ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen Community Educator. "This week I made our Freezer Tomato Sauce with spaghetti squash at home and even my fourteen year-old daughter said she preferred this recipe with spaghetti squash over pasta. As a mom, I am always encouraging my girls to eat their vegetables, so for me spaghetti squash is a real winner! It’s so easy to prepare.
