New Digital Cookbook!

Love to be Kneaded, 10 of our best bread recipes, walks the home baker through a variety of types of breads and skills to help develop their confidence in making bread at home. The book includes recipes that use the popular slow fermentation method for making doughs such as multigrain boules and even enriched breads, like brioche.
For the month of September, ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen will have Love to be Kneaded available for download with a minimum donation of $5 towards Breakfast for Learning, a national charity that is committed to helping ensure that children across Canada attend school well-nourished and ready to learn.
Help us reach 1,000 downloads! 1,000 downloads will help feed 500 children a healthy meal and snack for a week.
