​1 1/3 cups (325 mL) shredded feta cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise

​Combine first 6 ingredients (feta cheese through garlic) until blended.  Wrap bread halves individually in heavy-duty foil, leaving cut side of bread exposed.  Spread cheese mixture over cut side of bread halves.  Dust with paprika.  Heat bread over low heat directly on grid or on warming rack on natural gas barbecue for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden around edges.  Slice bread and serve.  Serves 8 - 10.
