Brighten up your mornings with these nutritious-packed breakfast items. Pick and choose from the different flavour combinations below to build a quick breakfast that will keep you fueled all day long.

Avocado Toast​

Start with a slice or two of your favourite bread and mash 1/2 of a ripe avocado per slice. You can leave it as simple as that, or add additional toppings. It could be as simple as adding an egg or you can get creative and try adding spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

​Option 2: ​Spinach + sliced tomatoes + balsamic vinegar + poached egg + sliced red onion + pepper

​Banana Toast

For those that crave something a little sweeter, try mashing 1/2 banana per slice of toast with some extra toppings. Peanut butter and banana is a classic choice, but we would also recommend banana with hazelnut spread and shredded coconut.
