What is the maximum capacity at Blue Flame Kitchen?
The Commons can accommodate up to 400 guests for a standing reception and up to 280 guests for round table seating. Additionally, we offer four meeting rooms on the mezzanine level that can accommodate between 14 to 23 guests per room.

How far in advance should I book my special event?
We recommend booking your event as early as possible to ensure all details are well-managed. The amount of time needed to prepare for your event varies based on its size and type.

Does Blue Flame Kitchen cater my event?
Blue Flame Kitchen is the exclusive provider of catering services for all food and beverages. Our menu options range from hors d'oeuvres, action stations, buffets, plated dinners, desserts and drinks. Our event specialists work with you to determine your specific food and beverage preferences.

Do you offer event planning services?
Yes! We offer full-service event planning, design, and production. Our event coordinator can guide you through every step of the process, from recommending catering options to arranging decor and more.

What days and times can I book your event venue?
We can host private events in the evening on weekdays, and all day on Saturdays. Our event specialist will find the scheduling that works best for your needs.

What are the IT capabilities at your event venue?
We provide free Wi-Fi throughout our venue, and our meeting rooms come equipped with monitors for presenting and sharing information.

Can you provide A/V equipment for my special event?
We’re happy to recommend reputable vendors and you are welcome to bring your own A/V setup!

Yes, we have a dock for convenient equipment loading.

ATCO Park offers free visitor parking, both underground and surface, making it easy to find a spot for your vehicle.

Yes, our floor-to-ceiling windows and skylight running across the entire building offer plenty of natural light to create the perfect setting for your event.
