Ingredients

  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • A little fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove grated or chopped
  • Chopped green onions (we curl ours in ice water!)
  • Black & white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp of Jonny's Rayu (chili oil) sold in the BKF cafe

Directions

  1. Slice the entire cucumber
  2. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, green onions, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds, and Jonny's Rayu chili oil
  3. Mix well and serve
