Ingredients

  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp Pernod

Directions

  1. In a food processor, process garlic and parsley until finely chopped. Add butter, oil, salt and pepper; process until smooth.
  2. With machine running, add Pernod and process just until blended. May be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
