When is the last day to place an order?
We accept orders until April 5 at 5 pm or while quantities last.

What are the portion sizes?
Each meal is designed to serve 4-6 people.

Can you accommodate food allergies?
While we can’t accommodate every allergy, we offer gluten-free options. Please see the item descriptions for a list of ingredients and common allergens.

Can I make any changes to the items on offer?
At this time, we can’t make substitutions, modifications or make changes to any of the items.

Can I choose my pickup time?
Of course! Orders are available for curbside pickup on April 8 from 9 am – 4 pm. Just choose your meals, select the pickup time at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready when you arrive.

Can I pay upon pickup?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept payment at the time of pickup. When you place your order online, you’ll provide your payment card information, and it will be charged automatically.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to cancel, change or add to your order, you can contact us directly at 403-245-7630 or send an email to: bfkadmin@atcoblueflamekitchen.com by April 5. After this date, all sales are final.

Yes. Please ensure they have your name and order number readily available on the pickup date and time.
