Private Event Themes

The ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen in Edmonton offers exciting programs for groups ranging from a casual outing with friends, to an engaging team building event, to special occasions like a birthday or stagette. Classes and events are hosted in our downtown facility centrally located on 10035 105 Street NW (just south of Jasper Avenue).  The minimum number of participants is 8 with a maximum of 12. Classes run for 2.5 Hours.

All our private classes are $85.00+GST per person. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event. Final payment is calculated and submitted immediately following your event. The cost of all classes includes non-alcoholic beverages such as tea, coffee, juice and water. The ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen is a licensed facility and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase in advance.

    A great way to start a party is with elegant food! Learn how to make hot and cold appetizers that are sure to impress your guests! Work as a team and enjoy what you make at the end of the class.

    Full of spice and flavour, Mexican themed foods are always a crowd pleaser! Work together to make some delicious tacos (choice of beef or fish) making tortillas from scratch, authentic Pico de Gallo and fresh guacamole.

    The Mediterranean is all about warm weather, blue water and delicious, healthy food! Working together, learn to make flat bread from scratch, chicken or pork souvlaki and Greek salad.

    Thai

    Contrasting flavours of hot and spicy, sweet and salty, sour, fragrant and pungent – these flavours combine to create the tastes of Thailand. Join us and try your hand at making Thai Wraps, Thai Chicken Skewers and Simple Coconut Rice.

    Indian

    Indian food is known for unusual combinations of curries, spices, vegetables and fruit. Make and enjoy homemade Naan bread with Chutney and Phyllo Vegetable Samosas.

    Italian

    Make an Italian meal from scratch! Working as a group you will learn to make homemade pasta. Your choice of either gnocchi, which are little Italian dumplings or fettucine noodles. Your choice of marinara or alfredo sauce and Caesar salad.
