ASIAN-INSPIRED STRIP LOIN STEAKS

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 4 strip loin steaks, 1 inch thick

Directions

1. Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
2. To prepare sauce, combine all ingredients except steaks.
3. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Baste with sauce during last 5 - 7 minutes of cooking.
