- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus tightly together in a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, pepper and oil.
- Bake, uncovered, until asparagus is just tender, about 15 minutes.
