Baked Rice

No need for a rice cooker. Follow our hands-free baked rice recipe for perfectly fluffy rice every time. Perfect for entertaining!

Baked Rice


  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a greased 3 quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake covered for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.
