BALSAMIC BLOODY MARY

Give this classic brunch-time cocktail an extra kick with a dash of balsamic vinegar. For a non-alchoholic version, simply skip the vodka.

BALSAMIC BLOODY MARY

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (1.89 L) vegetable cocktail
  • 1 cup vodka, optional
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Celery sticks, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes and celery sticks in a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until serving or for up to 24 hours. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with celery sticks.
