Beer Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 can (355 mL) beer
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 1 bay leaf

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Use to marinate beef. Allow to marinate for up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
3. Discard marinade after use.
