BLOODY MARY PUNCH

Make a jug of this classic breakfast cocktail next time you have company over for brunch. The vodka is optional (you can add it to individual glasses if you have a mix of imbibers and non-drinkers in the house) and you can add extra horseradish and hot sauce if you like your drinks extra spicy.

Yield: Makes 8 cups.

BLOODY MARY PUNCH

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (1.89 L) vegetable juice cocktail
  • 1 cup vodka, optional
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • Ice cubes and lime slices*

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except ice and lime slices in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices.
