Blue Margaritas
We turned this classic pale lime beverage into a beautiful tropical blue colour by adding a unique orange liqueur called blue curacao. Serve this pretty drink at your next summer party.

Blue Margaritas
Ingredients
- Salt*
- 1 Lime*
- 1 can (250 ml) frozen margarita mix, thawed
- 3/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup blue curacao
- 5 cups ice cubs
Directions
- Pour a shallow layer of salt into a saucer. Rub rims of 6 glasses with lime wedges. Dip rims in salt; set glasses aside.
- Combine margarita mix, tequila, curacao and ice cubes in a blender; puree until slushy.
- Pour into salt-rimmed glasses. Serve immediately.
