BLUEBERRY TEA

This classic after-dinner drink famously contains no blueberries, but the combination of liqueurs gives it a distinctive blueberry taste. If you don’t have a brandy snifter, a mug will do.

Yield: Serves 1.

BLUEBERRY TEA

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly steeped hot strong Earl Grey tea
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur

Directions

  1. Pour tea into a brandy snifter or a mug.
  2. Stir in amaretto and Grand Marnier. Serve immediately.
