BLUEBERRY TEA
This classic after-dinner drink famously contains no blueberries, but the combination of liqueurs gives it a distinctive blueberry taste. If you don’t have a brandy snifter, a mug will do.

BLUEBERRY TEA
Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly steeped hot strong Earl Grey tea
- 1/2 oz amaretto
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
Directions
- Pour tea into a brandy snifter or a mug.
- Stir in amaretto and Grand Marnier. Serve immediately.
