Breakfast Banana Splits
Similar to the popular dessert, our breakfast version has sliced bananas, topped with yogurt, berries and muesli.

Breakfast Banana Splits
Ingredients
- 4 large firm ripe bananas
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, divided
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups Maple Muesli with Dried Fruit (recipe on page 12) or granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Directions
- Cut bananas in half lengthwise and then cut each piece in half crosswise. Lay 2 banana pieces on each individual serving plate.
- To make yogurt sauce, whisk yogurt, orange peel, vanilla and 2 tbsp maple syrup together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Combine raspberries, orange juice and remaining maple syrup in a small bowl. Mash berries with a fork.
- Top bananas evenly with yogurt sauce and berry mixture. Sprinkle with Maple Muesli with Dried Fruitand berries.
