This quick and easy breakfast is perfect for when you need to grab something as you’re heading out the door and drink it on the go. This orange and banana smoothie is packed with oat bran to give you a burst of energy in the morning.

BREAKFAST IN A BLENDER

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
