Ingredients

  • 2 cups long grain brown rice

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 3/4 cup sliced hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage

Directions

  2. Melt butter in a medium frypan over medium heat. Add hazelnuts and sage. Cook, stirring, until hazelnuts are lightly browned, about 3 – 4 minutes. Stir hazelnut mixture into rice. Transfer to a serving dish.
