Get all the flavour of Buffalo chicken wings without the wing! Serve these chicken breast bites as a party appetizer with a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Yield: Serves 8.



  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup blue cheese salad dressing*


  1. To prepare marinade, combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce, vinegar, ginger and cumin in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add chicken and squeeze bag to coat chicken with marinade. Seal bag and place on a plate. Refrigerate, turning bag occasionally, for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick frypan over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Add chicken to frypan and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in reserved marinade. Cook, stirring, until chicken is completely cooked and glazed with marinade, about 8 - 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with salad dressing for dipping.
