BUFFALO POTATO WEDGES

These barbecued potato wedges pack all the flavour of buffalo wings. Serve them with a little bit of blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Yield: Serves 4 - 6.

BUFFALO POTATO WEDGES

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into 3/4 inch thick wedges.
  2. Combine oil, vinegar, hot pepper sauce and salt. Toss potatoes with oil mixture until thoroughly coated.
  3. Grill potatoes directly on grid over medium heat on natural gas barbecue until browned on all sides, about 25 minutes. Serve drizzled with blue cheese dressing.
