Butterscotch Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 4 cups fruit flavoured miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper; set aside.
- Melt chips, peanut butter and butter carefully over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in marshmallows and spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
