CHICKEN THIGHS WITH MAPLE MUSTARD GLAZE

These baked chicken thighs are dressed up with a mustard and maple syrup glaze. Serve them with rice and steamed vegetables for an easy weeknight dinner.

CHICKEN THIGHS WITH MAPLE MUSTARD GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coarse grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 8 skinless chicken thighs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except chicken; set aside.
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour syrup mixture over chicken.
  5. Bake at 425°F, basting occasionally, for 45 - 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
