These baked chicken thighs are dressed up with a mustard and maple syrup glaze. Serve them with rice and steamed vegetables for an easy weeknight dinner.

CHICKEN THIGHS WITH MAPLE MUSTARD GLAZE
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coarse grain mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 8 skinless chicken thighs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine all ingredients except chicken; set aside.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
- Pour syrup mixture over chicken.
- Bake at 425°F, basting occasionally, for 45 - 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
