CHIPOTLE BLUE CHEESE BUTTER
Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Using medium speed of an electric mixer, beat together all ingredients until smooth.
- Place mixture on a piece of plastic wrap. Using plastic wrap as an aid, shape mixture into a 1 1/2 x 7 inch log.
- Wrap log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
