CHIPOTLE DIP

A chipotle is a smoked dried jalapeno pepper. They’re most commonly found rehydrated in small cans of tangy tomato-based adobo sauce. Mix them with mayo, sour cream and lemon juice for this creamy alternative to salsa or guacamole.
