CHOCOLATE COFFEE
This hot after-dinner cocktail is the perfect ending to a winter meal. If you’re worried about serving coffee in the evening, use decaffeinated coffee if you’d like.

CHOCOLATE COFFEE
Ingredients
- 4 oz (112 g) semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups light cream (10%)
- 4 cups strong hot coffee
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- Sweetened whipped cream*
- Cocoa*
Directions
- Bring chocolate and cream to a simmer, whisking constantly; stir in coffee.
- Remove from heat and whisk in liqueur until smooth.
- Ladle into cups or heavy goblets. Top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa.
