Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped orange segments; 1/2 cup chopped grapefruit segments; 1/4 cup chopped lime segments; 1/4 cup diced red onion; 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro; 2 tbsp honey; 1 tbsp finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper; 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil; 1 tsp grated orange peel, grapefruit peel and lime peel; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper

What’s the difference between a fruit salad and a fruit salsa? In this case, the addition of red onion, cilantro and jalapeno pepper. The spice and savoury elements make this orange, grapefruit and lime mix a great accompaniment to grilled fish.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped orange segments
1/2 cup chopped grapefruit segments
1/4 cup chopped lime segments
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
