Creamy Lime and Cilantro Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 serrano chile pepper, halved, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, serrano chile pepper, cumin and salt.
- Gently fold in cilantro.
- Serve on tacos.
