CROSTINI TOASTS
Ingredients
- 1 19 inch baguette, sliced (¼ inch)
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place baguette slices on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Brush slices with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake, switching position of pans halfway through baking for even browning, until crisp and golden brown, about 8 – 10 minutes. Cool in pans on wire racks.
