Curried Coconut Lime Popcorn

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add curry powder. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add lime juice, stirring to combine.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl. Pour curry mixture over popcorn. Sprinkle with coconut, lime peel and salt. Stir gently to combine.
