Ingredients
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp tarragon, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Directions
- In a food processor, process ham, using an on/off motion, until finely chopped.
- Transfer ham to a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients (celery through hot pepper sauce).
- Use as a sandwich spread or as a topping for crostini.
