EASY SALSA CHICKEN

If you’re looking for an easy weeknight entrée that also happens to be delicious, this cheesy chicken is the ticket.

EASY SALSA CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen kernel corn, thawed
  • 3/4 cup medium salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a single layer in a greased small baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle corn over chicken.
  3. Spoon salsa on top.
  4. Bake, covered, at 450ºF for 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove baking dish from oven. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Continue baking, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
