Espresso Whipped Cream Choux Pastries

If you love coffee then you will really enjoy this sweet pastry, we added a little Espresso to the whipped cream filling.

Espresso Whipped Cream Choux Pastries


  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tsp instant espresso coffee granules
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 48 choux pastries (recipe link below)


  1. Place all ingredients except Choux Pastries in a chilled stand mixer bowl. With the whisk attachment, beat whipping cream mixture until stiff peaks form.
  2. Cut openings in sides of Choux Pastries and spoon 2 tsp whipped cream mixture into each puff. Alternatively, spoon mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a medium plain tip and pipe about 2 tsp mixture into each puff. Serve immediately.
